Sentosa Madam Trussards

Brought my mum to Sentosa today. Realised we should have come over a bit later as Malaysia food street is opened only at 11am. Forgot to check the opening hours and SEA museum is closed on Thurs 😅

Not all stalls are opened but very impressed with the food here. Simply love the claypot chicken rice. Hubby love the char crispy part as they are still using the traditional charcoal to cook. We had to order and make the cashless payment at the kiosk. The number on the receipt will be shown at the counter when ready for collection. However payment for coffee was made at the drink counter as I could not find it listed at the kiosk menu.

Love the rojak which includes slices of mango, apple, raddish, you Tiao, cucumber in prawn paste with peanut. The chendol and ice kacang are very nice too. The orange juice was a bit sour and hubby like the apple juice. Love the coffee.

Fried Penang kway Tiao was just average.

The satay, ketuput and awesome sauce

My all time favourite claypot chicken rice.

Took the Sentosa Express to Imbiah station and then took Bus A to Imbiah lookout. Easy to get around in Sentosa. Sentosa express, bus and beach tram too

Won a pouch in the spin at the bus station by following Sentosa official Facebook page.

Wanted to visit the Butterfly park but it was already closed last year.

Went over to Madam Trussads and started with a showcase of Bollywood stars at the Ultimate film star experience. Original cost was S$30 per pax but using MasterCard entitled us to a 15% discount buying the $90 Sentosa fun pass at $76.50 which admitted 3 of us. First attraction was the ultimate film star experience featuring Bollywood stars at Madam Tussauds.

Second part is at the Images of Singapore. I used to bring my students here when the exhibit was under the pioneers of Singapore wax museum. Now part of the exhibit was shifted to Fort Siloso Museum.

Third part was a boat ride.

Last part was the wax figures exhibit.

The cable car provides another access to Sentosa.

Beautiful heritage tree.

Glad that we could grab directly back home from the taxi stand near the butterfly park.
