Man has cut steps on the steep slope to form terraces. Farming is carried out on the terraces as the terraces allow water to be retained and thus can be used for rice cultivation. There are some houses next to the farms - most probably to house the farmers and his family.
Place of worship - a Chinese temple
This temple is located on Kusu island. Many Chinese would actually take a ferry to the island just to pray to the dieties in the temple.

Man had built an extensive network of roads and expressway to connect people from one place to another. This picture was taken in KL and you can see how crowded the road is with a lot of vehicle. The government has also tried to resolve traffic congestion by building the MRT.
This was taken in Tanjong Karang. The tour guide is standing next to a sluice gate in a irrigation canal. The farmers can control the amount of water into the field as well as to drain away the water.
This picture shows a kampong house which is found in Kampong Buangkok. The house is made of simple materials such as wood and zinc roof. It is also low lying and the villagers lead a simple life.
