Task:
Imagine you are an official of the Tourism Board of Country X. You are to raise awareness amongst tourists visiting your country of an active volcano found in your country. Produce a PowerPoint presentation [10-15] highlighting the following points:

• Location of the volcano with the help of a map

• Information on the surrounding physical and human environment

• Benefits of living in the area

• Benefits of visiting the area

• Dangers of living in the area

• Dangers of visiting the area

• How people have adapted to the risks of the surrounding environment


You should include a map, pictures and diagrams in your PowerPoint presentation.

The deadline for submission is 8 July 2011.

You must plan carefully and allocate duties for each member of your group.

All evidence of collection of information or data or pictures must be properly filed.

You must list the websites or internet resources you use.
