Singapore Botanic Garden Corner House restaurant

Had a wonderful dining experience at Corner House so this post is just on the fine dining experience. There was no menu given and the staff said it's a surprise.

Thankful to Chef David and our server Jeremy for all the stories behind the food

Bread
1. Potato curry
2. BBQ pork sourdough
3. Squid ink Youtiao

Love the butter and  the balachan butter is so unique

Canapes were my favourite! ❤️❤️❤️

Seafood Otah . makeral fish with blue prawn

Scottish Smoked salmon tart. The crust was so thin and crisp!

Wagyu beef sushi rice base white surgeon caviar. Simply heavenly

Entrees were amazing ❤️❤️

Amazing story on how the dish was inspired

Top Caviar
Hamachi fish slice
Beetroot and Zucchini slice
Kimchi dressing

Chawamushi with Onion jam, Foie gras, big chunks of Smoked Hokkaido scallop, crunchy croutons topped with Bonito foam w earl grey tea

. 😅
Main course not to our liking as it's pork. It would be great if it is beef or fish. Nice presentation though.
US Pork with Mushroom and Cabbage

Desserts are amazing too! ❤️

Palette cleanser was amazing though hubby gave me his as he didn't like the sourness. I love it
French pear marinated w sour plum with Tamarin soba in Thai basil foam

White chocolate
Ginger milk ice cream
Thin crust egg white sugar

Awesome finish to this fine dining experience with the spread of Creme brulee w passion fruit, French canele and pandan Madeline.

The story cards were packed nicely for us as souvenir.

They are so thoughtful that they provide a small chair for our bag!

Overall a good dining experience and the service is great! 17 June 2022 Lunch
