Decided to upgrade our flight to try out business class as it is our 32nd ROM anniversary!
What a spread at the lounge. Gotten a bowl of hot kuey teow soup. Nice!
Walked towards the immigration and saw a crowd.
On our way up to the French Village Ba Na Hill after we check in at the cable car base station. We have booked the executive suite at Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills.
It was bright and clear at the base station and we could see the waterfall clearly.
Crossed over to Le Petrin near LeTable restaurant. Amazing egg coffee as well as salted coffee. However the matcha tiramisu was too frozen and the donut not soft enough.
Wanted to go to the Golden bridge but accidentally went back to base station. Surprisingly the weather at the foot of the mountain is so clear.
Impossible to see anything at the Golden bridge so we went back to the top where our hotel is.
Most delicious buffet dinner at La Crique. I had two servings of fried prawn crackers with vegetables wrapped in rice paper. Hubby is of all praise for the food here especially the fried noodle and chicken. I love the Tom yam mushroom and tomatoes as well as the fruits too especially banana. Buffet with free flow wine , beer and drink at 799000 dong per pax!
Beautiful church in the French village. St Denis Cathedral is a miniature version of the Basilica of Saint-Denis in France.
Random photos near the church and in the hotel.
Ba Na Hill French Village day 2
Woke up early so that we can take the 6am cable car to the Golden bridge. This is only available for hotel guests as the theme park guests can only come to at 8am.
We walked towards the European Garden.
Went over to Fantasy Park to check out Jurassic.
Went to check out the hotel pool. It is beautiful and has warm water.
Took our lunch at Rosa hotpot. Love the tempura and pudding that i took multiple servings. The soup base not as rich as shudaxia. Hubby took their frog leg and love their vegetables.
Went over to Fantasy Park to watch the shows.
Back to Le Petrin for it's coffee. Ordered Latte and coconut coffee. Think I preferred yesterday's. Also ordered egg tart, Pate and bacon tarts.
Went back to the room as hubby needed a nap as he woke up early today despite sleeping late yesterday.
View from our room
Back today crique for buffet dinner. Lack of choice fordining. Food is the same as yesterday.
Took a quiet walk around the French village. Less cold tonight. Hubby love that the whole area looked so mystical with the mist. The feel of Europe in Vietnam. The buildings are so beautiful. Hubby wanted to stay overnight as there will be less crowded at night.
Our room is right at the top with the rounded walls.
Danang French Village Day 3
At the wine cellar.
Back to French village
A scenic cable car ride down to base station.
