Checked in to Holiday Villa as I felt a bit car sick from long drive so staying for 1 night. The hotel is so popular that it is fully booked and left only one suite left. They gave me 10% discount as I am a Villa Gold Card member. Missed JB food too.

Grabbed to midvalley southkey. Very warm and good service from Boon Yi who helped to cut the hairy crab. The crab is RM99 each but there is a promotion of 2 crabs plus porkchop with fried rice, steamed xiao long bao and ginger tea at RM198. Also ordered the long bean with minced meat.
Went to check out KSL. Glutton street is still there. Bought some Goreng pisangs and some items from Daiso and Watson.
Going to eat our dinner at Sangong Charcoal Hot Pot (Johor Bahru) Hubby missed Macau lamb stew so we tried out here.
The good: soup is thick and flavourful. The lamb belly is tender.
The bad: Quail egg is not the fresh type but from packaging. The owner or staff cancelled that for me.

Day 2
The spread at the breakfast buffet is much better than Casa Del Rio. I like the steamed sweet potato. The nasi lemak is awesome but too full to eat. The mee rebus, fried kway teow and many others are good too.
JTC opened a new one JTC 2 along the same row of shop house. 1.5 hr foot massage is only RM60.
Still the best kway teow at Ah Hua kueh teow. Hubby love the fried emping here too.
There is a durian stall at the corner of the shop.

Satisfying my craving for sesame oil chicken and salted veg at Soon soon huat bak kut teh. Didnt disappoint as the chicken was so fresh and tender. Bak kuteh soup was a bit salty today and meat too cooked.
Simply love their goreng pisang. A stall inside the coffeeshop next to KSL. One bag full only RM3.
A bit of a jam today as its Sunday
Love the Ah Mah Yam cake from JB. Panfried the slices and added back the air fried caipoh. Sprinkled the fried shallots and spring onion provided. Only if I can send the fragrance and taste via picture. 🥰 A bit more salty this batch.
