Grateful to have completed a tough 2-day first aid course. Change of requirement to having to complete a 180 compressions within 2 mins. Such a challenge esp when I just had a heart stent implant. My hand was bruised. Realised that I bruise easily due to the blood thinning medicine. But grateful to have my first aid cert renewed. Cos it's a skill which can save life.
