 Day 8

Late lunch at a very local cured pork and black chicken hotpot charcoal heated in Lijiang. The beanpaste fried bun is so nice. The seaweed and prickles appetiser are good too.

The plum wine is pretty strong at 25%. Those that they made os 40 plus percent which are stronger!

So flavourful esp it is charcoal heated.

Lijiang Qian Gu Qing (丽江千古情), also known as Lijiang Romance Park, is a massive immersive cultural theme park

Checked into our beautiful hotel DuoFu Resort (Lijiang Ancient City South Gate)

There is self service washing machine and dryer. It is in the gym and game room. Exercise a bit while waiting? They should put a TV here instead.

Our hotel is at the South Gate and there are plenty of snacks nearby. Love the fresh milk but not the coffee. The convenient store boss highly recommend their Highlands potato chips. However the back door leading to the street will be locked at 9.30pm

Nice restaurant opposite our hotel Dia Shi Ke 滇食客. The crispy pork is very good. The snow mountain is fresh and soft but many bones.
