Mariner of the Seas day 5 and 6

We decided to wake up late today as we were on the sea whole day.  I went to get the "wishes at sea" t-shirt - signed by the cruise director, captain and other senior officers. The T-shirt is on sales at US$10 and the towel at US$15 to raise fund for the Make-a-wish foundation. The captain was saying that they even had Asian kids on board for this foundation which help to make wishes come true for children with life threatening medical conditions.

Signing of the t-shirts by senior officers of the Mariner of the Seas

Gotten 1 M size and 1 Large

Bought 2 Towels

Bought these scrap book kit at US$9.99 each

Peek a boo at the bridge - finally found it behind the gym

Losing some extra weight from all the fine dining - treadmill in the gym

I saw a lady doing Yoga in the gym - this is also the place where they conduct free seminars e.g how to deal with back pain or how to get fit etc.
We went to Windjammer cafe for lunch as there is a greater variety of food. I love the Indian food here. Today fish and chicken curry were nice.

Hubby loves their singing - by the pool

Collected our passports from the Dining room at deck 5 at 2pm and quickly rushed over to Studio B for the long awaited Ice under the Big Top performance. I had been longing to watch this since day 1 and mine was scheduled on day 5 last seating according to the muster station number. (odd number 2nd seating). Fantastic performance- like a circus! Ice under the Big Top at Studio B (ice skating rink) at 3 pm.

He went up so close and gave hubby a hi five!

Went back to the room and ordered room service while waiting for the next show at 7pm

Steak sandwich

spinach and artichoke dip with corn chips

fruit plate

A lot of sales @ the promenade including box set of watches at US$24.95 each or 4 at US$88.. some with bracelet, pendant, earrings, earphone, wallets, pen, iPhone case etc. I bought one set with earrings and pendant as souvenir.

Farewell show time starring Jeremy Ansley at 7pm in the Savoy Theatre.

After the show we went for our dinner at the main dining room as we heard the waiters and waitress will be singing for us.
scallops

Honey glazed chicken - so hard that I cannot cut through.

Irish coffee again

Our table attendant - Indra

If not for this special setting, I doubt I will be at the main dining room for the dinner... appreciate the service of the staff here!

Went to the Glow dance party at studio B. Bought the glow set which consists of 2 glowing spectacles, one glowing  lanyard, one glowing badge button and 2 glowing rings at US$14.99.

Not a party person so we decided to move to Ellington Bar where the RC singers performed with the Jazz Cabaret.
Hubby ordered pineapple margarita and I ordered cocktail of the day - eastern sunrise.

Love her voice

saw this when we are back in the room :)

Arrived in Singapore at 730 am

As we had opted for self-assisted departure, we were able to alight at 8am from deck 4.  Those who needed help with the luggage had to leave their luggage outside their room from 7pm to 10 pm the night before. They would then have to wait for their number to be called from 830 to 1030am to disembark.

We have truely enjoyed our cruise with Royal caribbean and hubby said we should try the Quantum of the seas in future.
